Reporting a problem

Please include your browser and device (for example “Safari on iPhone 13” or “Chrome on Windows 11”), what you clicked, and the exact message you saw. If a particular photo will not load, describe its format and size rather than sending the photo itself.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give legal advice about your tenancy or a deposit, and we cannot recover a record that was not downloaded, because MoveRecord never receives your data. For tenancy questions, contact a local tenants' advice service or the consumer agency where you live.
