MoveRecord is a free browser tool for renters who want their move-in and move-out photos and notes in one tidy PDF, plus practical guides on taking and keeping those photos.

Who reads MoveRecord

People about to move into or out of a rental home: they are organising photos, writing condition notes and getting ready for the end of a tenancy. The site and its guides are written in English. The guides cover photo checklists, comparable photos, photo dates and safe file keeping.

The sponsor placement

• One sponsor placement per page, below the main content, never at the top of a page and never inside the report tool.
• Text and a logo, clearly labelled “Sponsored”.
• A plain link to your site. No tracking pixels, scripts or third-party tags are accepted, because the site promises that home photos stay on the visitor's device.

Ads we do not accept

• Gambling and betting
• Adult content
• Payday loans, high-interest credit and similar lending
• Crypto-asset investment promotions
• Health products that claim medical effects
• Anything misleading, deceptive or fraudulent

Services that are useful to renters and people moving home, such as removals, cleaning, storage or tenant advice, fit best.
